Ca’ del Vento is an old Venetian-style house, recently fully restored .
We have created an independent apartment of about 60 sqm which comfortably accommodates 2/4 guests.
There is a double bedroom, a sitting-room with a fireplace and a library rich in Italian, English and French books, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The house is surrounded by a large, fenced garden full of trees and flowers, that is at its most beauty in late Spring. It offers rest corners, a barbecue, a cold shower, dining tables, garden chairs and sun beds.
The view is fascinating. We are on the hills south of Vicenza, the so called Colli Berici and we are surrounded by fields, woods and farmland.The Lake Fimon, a small natural lake is at only 3 km. It was the site of pre-historical pile-dwelling settlements. A natural oasis, it provides paths for walking or trekking and for water sports.
There’s silence and tranquillity as well as the comfort of being only 6 km from the city center.
